First National Center

First National Center is a landmark Oklahoma City building, opened in 1931. It is being renovated into condominiums, hotel, retail stores and restaurants. Gary Brooks and his partner Charlie Nicholas are spending $230,000,000 to accomplish this goal, modifying it to modern standards of plumbing, climate control and safety, yet keeping the art deco elements intact. This is a summer evening when the uplights were just turned on.
