Villa Teresa Nursery

The Villa Teresa School, located between Walker and Classen Dr. near NW 10th, is being redeveloped by Marva Ellard and partner Billy Woodring, who are preservationists. I wanted to get paintings done of its classic look. This is the Nursery Building, which I believe was a home built by the Andersons, cotton importers who then moved to Houston, and are the family who started the M. D. Anderson Cancer Center.
